I dispute with my friends

Took the bike-bus from Cardiff to Brecon on Sunday and biked the 55 mile Taff Trail back to Cardiff (although we ended the trip in Sophia Gardens rather than continue the mile or so to the Bay). The gradient was pretty gentle throughout, but it was a very hot day. Ended up taking us 9 hours (I'd predicted 7). Would definitely recommend the Brecon -> Merthyr section for a day's cycle, the whole route was probably a bit too long.
